A long time ago in a meadow far away, there was a sheep herder named Bopeep with a passion. Her passion was for knitting and once she started she couldn’t stop. The complexity and variety of designs continues to grow every day and it’s just the beginning.
They say it takes 10,000 hours to master a skill. This must be true as the mastery provided in every garment at Sheep Street is truly amazing.
Others may try to imitate us but there is only one Sheep Street.
SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY
Accepted Methods of Payment
(Visa, Master Card and American Express)
At Sheep Street, we understand that sometimes things aren't always exactly as you expect.
We gladly accept returned garments, if the garment is in its original condition without any damage (except for faulty garments) within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
Once we receive your return, we will check to make sure that the garment is in the required condition as described.
If your request for refund is confirmed, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the refund typically within a few days after confirmation, however depending on your provider we cannot provide a definitive time frame.
Shipping Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after cleared payment. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, your shipment may be delayed by a few days.
If it is likely there will be a significant delay in your shipment, we will contact you.
At Sheep Street we use pre-paid satchels from Australia Post offering standard and express services.
Domestic orders are based on a flat rate shipping price
International orders are based on the cumulative weight of your order and location being shipped to.
On checkout, you will be shown the cost of shipping for your order before you purchase our garments.
If you are concerned about the cost of your shipping quote provided in your Barn (Shopping Cart) please contact before placing your order to discuss options.
We base our prices on the advice provided by Australia Post.
Return Shipping Rates
You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)
What materials are used in the garments?
We use a combination of materials from 100% pure wool, wool blends and other wool fibers (such as bamboo or sugar cane).
While there are some many different combinations available, we strive to list all the materials in each garment in the product descriptions.
What if there is a reaction?
Unfortunately, sometimes reactions do occur. If you are unsure if a garment may cause a reaction or not sure what to look out for, get in contact with us and we'll try to assist the best we can.
Any information provided by Sheep Street about reactions is general advice only and Sheep Street will not accept liability if a reaction occurs.
How do I know if its the right size?
Sizing is always difficult to determine. We have included as many measurements as possible in the details section of our garments.
How do I care for my garment?
Hand wash garment in warm water using mild detergent or wool wash. Squeeze excess water out, then lay flat in the shade to dry. DO NOT TUMBLE DRY.
Don't worry too much, each and every order will come with these instructions included.
What environment are the garments made in?
We understand that the environment that garments are made is important. At Sheep Street all our garments are crafted in a 100% smoke (cigarette) and pet free environment.
Do you take orders?
Sadly, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to fulfil orders. We may be able to recreate similar products but as each garment is a one of a kind, it will never be identical. If you have a burning desire to see something on our website send us an email with your idea and if we create it you'll be the first to know.
Collection of personal information
We receive and store any information you knowingly provide to us when you make a purchase, fill any online forms on the Website. You can choose not to provide us with certain information, but then you may not be able to take advantage of some of the Website's features.
Collection of non-personal information
When you visit the Website our servers automatically record information that your browser sends. This data may include information such as your computer's IP address, browser type and version, operating system type and version, language preferences or the webpage you were visiting before you came to our Website, pages of our Website that you visit, the time spent on those pages, information you search for on our Website, access times and dates, and other statistics.
